Devil Marshmallow Cake
Quick & easy Devil Marshmallow Cake—moist chocolate Devil’s Food Cake topped with fluffy marshmallows. A kid-friendly dessert ready in minutes!

Method
- Beat eggs and mix in oil and water
- Put in cake mix
- Mix or whisk until wet and dry ingredients are combined
- Give it a good mix for 2 minutes make sure there are no lumps
- Put batter in your baking pan (put parchment paper on sides and bottom, or just bottom)
- Top with you chunky Marshmallow
- Bake for 30 minutes at 175 °C
- Let it stand in cooling rack for 5-10 minutes then peel off parchment paper

This post is really just all about adding that extra umpf to your usual Devil’s Food Cake (if you have been baking it too a lot). This is easy, affordable, and really good snack that kids and kids at heart would love.
Ideally, in a perfect world where I have all the time to bake and not worry about working, I would top this with a Swiss merengue (egg whites, cream of tartar, sugar). Some would choose to use buttercream on this, or chocolate ganache. Again, like I said, I don’t have time for that, I just had to work with what I had (sorry!✌🏽).
Being the “lazy but wants yummy” me, I just really wanted to go for something easy and fast to do. That’s why this is an “anyone can do” kind of recipe.
